My first introduction to this unbelievable beverage was at the Galeries Lafayette.
The waiter presented me with a silver tray. Upon the silver tray were two small pitchers
one of milk and the other of dense, melted chocolat. There was a bowl of brown and white sugar cubes and a glass of water, and of course the cup in which
I was to create my very own chocolate chaud.
There are no words to describe your very first sip of this indulgence!
Add a macaroon or croissant..well maybe both,
and you will be having a perfect Parisian day!
